Providing opportunities to drop off and retrieve dry cleaning and film for processing, purchase small gifts, sundries and even stop for a professionally made cappuccino is a great convenience to the employee—and keeps him on the campus.
Once the operation is keyed to the particular corporate culture of the host company and the demographics of its employees, the shop can be a source of good revenue and good will.
