Nicholas Simeone, Director of Client Relations
Nick attended Brooklyn College and completed his undergraduate education at The School of Hotel and Restaurant Management at New York Technical College Division of City College. An accomplished chef, Nick twice earned the “Chef de Cuisine Award?for the French Culinary Society. In addition, Nick brings over 30 years of both retail & corporate hospitality experience to the table. Under his leadership Corporate Culinary remains one of the truly independent regional food service companies. Reputation, tradition, and passion continues to be the driving force behind his entrepreneurial spirit.

Frederick J. Laist, Executive Director
Frederick earned his Bachelors degree of Science in Business and Accounting from the University of Connecticut and later went on for certification from Cornell University's School of Hotel and Management. Fred oversees business growth and development, always keeping the mission of excellence in the fore front of his efforts. Fred is focused on the management of facilities, productivity, product, as well as labor enhancements. His knowledge and constant interface with legal, accounting, and insurance providers ensures a continuing effort to improve operations, business tactics, strategy. He utilizes his 8 years of experience with Corporate Culinary to effectively bring together a team that is committed to success.
